Editorial standards
Editorial Policy
Our editorial process prioritizes source quality, medical review, visible corrections, and clear separation from sponsorship.
How GLP-1 Guide uses medical sources
Regulatory sources, prescribing information, ClinicalTrials.gov records, peer-reviewed publications, and manufacturer trial releases are labeled according to what they can and cannot prove.
Manufacturer announcements may establish sponsor-reported topline trial status, but they do not replace FDA approval, product labeling, or independent medical review.
How medical review and updates work
Medical pages are drafted by editorial staff, checked against sources, and reviewed by Peter Odutola, MD before they are presented as medically reviewed.
Pages covering FDA status, drug shortages, compounding, and retatrutide are treated as high-change pages and must be rechecked before material updates or promotion.
